Android My Prayer application

Virtually all content was drawn from the My Prayer brochure, which contains both basic and lesser known prayers. Quotations appearing on the Home screen were drawn from the book Be not afraid and translated into the Slovak language. Of course, no other resource is ruled out, but in general the rule for adding content to this application is the approval of the Catholic Church on behalf of the official authority. For each prayer where relevant, the Imprimarur is given in the information.

The application allows you to zoom in and out to make the text better meditate.

The prayer bar also offers the ability to scroll through the displayed text by pressing the corresponding icon, the text stops reading after leaving the screen or by pressing the back button. For this functionality to work properly, you may need to set Text-to-Speech Output in your phone's settings to jayzk English.

Pray with heart, simply, honestly, with humility, trust, perseverance and patience. Avoid distractions, impatience, want everything right and see the results. Avoid the magical understanding of prayer - to have God only to automatically fulfill your wishes. Take from God's hand everything in your time and manner. Believe that he is truly alive and that he hears and sees everything in your heart. The belief that he is genuinely benevolent. Do not bother with various states of cruelty and frustration, and do not be subject to emotional upsurge, moodiness. They practice in the stability and acceptance and overcoming of all the states of the soul in constant fidelity to God.

Best prayer is the inward, sincere and constant relationship and contact with the Lord in your mind, heart, will, emotion and your whole being. Prayer is not only oral but it can become everything you think, say, or do. It is the directing of your heart to the Lord, says St. Ján Zlatoústy. And never forget - if you want to learn to pray well, you need to go to the school of our heavenly Mother, Our Lady. Always call her to pray with you. Ask her to lead you and keep your heart in prayer. Submit your prayers to her hands and she will deliver them to her Son. If you do not leave her, she will stay with you and bring you where your heart finds the peace you are looking for. Even here on the earth, and if you endure to the end, even in the heavenly kingdom.
